Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS issued for Trainings or Doula Memberships.

When you complete Enrollment Forms, you are agreeing to this by signing and dating.

For Doula Trainings

If you are unable to attend a training, you have a credit option to reschedule for a later date within 1-year of signing up.

You MUST:

  1. Contact us directly at hello@blackdoulas.org with your receipt of purchase

  2. Have selected a Training that you would like your credit to go towards.

For Doula Memberships

Go into your Doula Profile and cancel your membership at anytime. Our system is designed to send out upcoming payment notifications in advance of fees due.

PAYMENT PLANS/OPTIONS

We offer payment plans for all NBDA® training courses. Please keep in mind payment plans lessen the closer to the training date. If within 30 days of said training, Payment in Full is required.

Payments need to be paid in full 48 hours before the training.
