MIX& MINGLE- DOULA WIND DOWN
Doula Wind Downs are one-hour online gatherings, typically held on Fridays via Zoom, created to help doulas slow down, decompress, and ease into rest at the end of the week. These sessions provide a calm and welcoming space for light connection through simple games, gentle reflection, journaling, and relaxed conversation. The focus is on restoration, community care, and giving doulas a moment to pause, recharge, and feel supported alongside peers.
