If you have experienced services from a doula or birthing professional within our association that did not meet your expectations, you are welcome to submit a grievance for review.

Please provide as much detailed information as possible when completing the form below. Our team will review the grievance and take appropriate steps to address the matter fairly and effectively for all parties involved.
