The National Black Doulas Association® Cross Doula Training is designed for doulas with prior training who want to pursue NBDA certification. Build on the experience you bring while deepening your connection to care that centers Black and Brown families, professional accountability, and the values that guide our work.
As leaders in doula workforce development, we recognize that your growth matters to both the families you serve and the future you are building. This pathway creates space to strengthen your foundation and work toward a sustainable, profitable practice within the NBDA community. Entry requires an application and interview. Completing the training is one step in the process, with additional requirements to earn NBDA certification.
